battery at a minimum and if he moved her to a different location than it should be kidnapping also.
If an officer puts a person in custody illegally (and there are rules) then he actually can be charged with kidnapping or false imprisonment.
A prison gaurd once tried to lock me in a cell (auto-door) because he thought I was taking to long with a transferee. I slid out as it was closing. If he had succeeded, it would have been technically kidnapping (or false imprisonment). I could have been rich.
