During the several trips I've made to Dubai I've stayed at a hotel chain similar to Holiday Inn Express...IOW it's far from luxurious and also far from a dump.Their dining room serves what I consider a very nice breakfast except for the fact that the "sausage" is made of turkey and the "bacon" is made of beef."Halal",don't you know!

Pork bacon is served at pretty much all the business hotels in Dubai.
