Quite simple, really. If noticing race redounds to the benefit of the minority in question, it is racist (sexist etc.) not to notice. However, if noticing race redounds to the discredit of the minority, then it is racist (sexist etc.) to notice. Thus, if you notice that a minority group is underrepresented in some field you are enlightened. If you notice that a minority group is overrepresented in the commision of crimes then you are a racist pig.

Some people are just angry. Whatever they’re angry at isn’t what made them angry, it just is chosen as an excuse/target for their anger. They’re not angry about anything, they’re just angry.

Nothing you do for them is right, so do the only thing you can do for them right: nothing.
