The 22-year-old man suspected of shooting five middle-aged white men since last year — including four on south Kansas City walking trails — threatened in 2014 to shoot up a school and “kill all white people,” according to court records.
Fredrick Demond Scott, who was charged Tuesday in two killings and named as a suspect in three more, made those statements in January 2014 at Center Alternative School, as documented in a municipal citation for harassment.
Scott, who is black, has been charged with murder in the deaths of Steven Gibbons, 57, and John Palmer, 54. On Tuesday, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced those charges, also naming Scott as a suspect in the killings of David Lenox, 67; Timothy S. Rice, 57, of Excelsior Springs; and Mike Darby, 61, co-owner of Coach’s Bar & Grill at 103rd Street and Wornall Road.
All five were white men between ages 54 and 67. All five were fatally shot, most from behind, in surprise attacks as they walked dogs, visited parks and, in one case, walked down a city street.

He was making death threats in 2014, and all he got was a citation for harassment? If a white kid had threatened to kill all black people, I think that a citation would be the least of his worries.
When you raise generations of mindless morons on steady diet of anti-white racism and racial grievance, this is the result. I’m sure he’ll be the poster boy of Black Lies Matter and AntiFa before long.
And it won’t be advocating that this be prosecuted as a “hate crime”.
How about some national coverage. Surely, the planned racist killing of five white men by a black predator is worthy of as much coverage of the death of one demonstrator in Charlottesville. No? The propaganda media demonstrates power by what they ignore as well as what and how they report.
Hate crime charges? Obviously not. Black on White murder = OK with liberals.

We all know the answer to your questions. The truth is, any white person needs to be aware of the fact that if murdered the probability is around 50% that it would be by a black male. That or your spouse.
When in public and away from spouse that rises to something like 90% or more. When in public one needs to be aware of this and carry and be situationally aware enough to at least try to defend yourself.
So, in some sense, these victims were killed by their own lack of situational awareness. The BSM will not mourn their passing.

Baker said a motive wasn't clear in the five killings, The Kansas City Star reported. Scott told investigators he was upset about the 2015 stabbing death of his brother, according to police. Scott said he shot the two victims, investigators said.

I mostly walked west of Metcalf. The closer I got to State Line the more uncomfortable I got.
Missouri and Kansas are both concealed-carry states for each of their respective residents.
Meanwhile, the MSM tries to bury this story so fewer people are on alert for these domestic terrorists. The MSM has blood on their hands.
