These guys don’t even hint anymore. They come and let their intentions be known and absolutely nothing comes of it.
You really don't know what comes of it. It appears to us common folk that nothing comes of it. But I'll bet there's a LOT going on in response to this kind of crap that NONE of us will ever know.
