General Sessions immediately declared the Charlottesville riot an act of domestic terrorism. This authorizes federal government to dedicate resources from the the DHS to for the sole purpose of taking these jokers down. This means from the top down.
If you look closely in many photos there are federal agents at all of these rallies. They were at Charlottesville.
