Trump’s downfall will be his failure to nominate competent loyalists to the key posts in his Administration. He may survive the onslaught and, if the Dems continue to embrace the radical left, he may even win re-election in 2020. But he will never drain the swamp unless he has like minded people in charge of every Department who are willing to go after the corruption and treason, and who refuse to give a free pass to Uniparty running DC. Sessions seems to be a decent, well intentioned man who simply doesn’t have the stomach to rip the lid off the Washington cesspool and take down his former “colleagues”.
I couldn’t agree more. You cannot win without a good team whether its in sports, business or politics.
The Republicans in congress are content to live in the Swamp because they’re in DC for themselves, not us. The Swamp becomes their home and its denizens quickly become their family.
Trump’s success will depend to a very large extent on his ability to bulldoze the Swamp and he needs a good construction crew to do it. As Step #1 he has at least succeeded in exposing the Swamp for what it is. More and more Americans now realize how corrupt and deceitful their government really is.
