This Noon, I was streaming talk radio from Houston. Commentators were asking drivers of SUVs to stay home or drive more slowly through neighborhoods. Waves are forming in kitchens produced by their wakes!

I hate to beat a dead horse, but you are talking about a part of the country that supplies 30% of oil, fuel, and energy to America. I don’t think America keeps bailing them out. The whole country will be feeling the effects of what shutting down the refineries will do. The Gulf Coast more than pays its way in the American economy.
