San Antonio is going to be in big trouble if that forecast holds. It seems to flood every time someone spits on the ground.

Then there are parts of Austin like Onion Creek that aren’t much better.

Rainfall of those amounts will form new streams and rivers wouldn’t it? Certainly will change the course of some existing streams and rivers.
