Some of us predicted there would be no ruling against the Democrat Party. It was as stupid a case as that filed by an old dumbass against the GOP.
This may be an instance where the merits of the case don't matter. After all, this is the party of feelings. If the rank and file don't feel their input matters, then the party will lose a lot of people willing to get signatures, register voters, (dead and living), get out the vote, etc.
