"Corrupt, politicized judges in this country are making me see bloody red."

What can be done? What is the solution? Judges have become governor, president and legislatures all rolled into one. How can they be held accountable?

There has to be a better way. But what is it?

We were warned by at least one of the Founders that our constitutional republic could not survive a people of poor character. As for the problem of a rogue (activist)judiciary, the only thing I can think of would be term limits for all judges.

This is a major problem. Judges have ultimate power, break the law, make idiotic decision that cause one to wonder about the mental state and IQ, yet nothing is done to them.

I still recall an Arizona judge a long time ago making decisions on a local school budget, and the judge in the Terri Schiavo case saying she must die and in a horrific way.

The downfall of the American Republic began when we abandoned the practice of Tar and Feathers.
