Yep it goes way back to Egypt that had slaves.

The word “slave” comes from Slavs or Slavic.

You know the people of Eastern Europe became slaves.

Slavery has been historically endemic in almost every culture, from primitive tribalism to high civilizations.

It has *only* been eradicated in Christian countries, and in areas dominated by Christian countries (e.g. the British Empire).
