Republican Senator Lobbied for Mexican Foreign Workers on Friend’s Behalf
Breitbart ^ | 22 Aug 2017 | Katherine Rodriguez

Sen. John Boozman (R-AK) lobbied for Mexican foreign workers on a friend’s behalf, according to a report disclosing emails from one of Boozman’s staffers obtained by the Immigration Reform Law Institute through an open records request.

The report includes emails from Rebecca Caldwell, a staffer for Boozman’s office, to the U.S. consulate in Monterrey, Mexico, asking for 80 farm hands to work on an Arkansas farm.

Caldwell wrote in an email May 28, 2015, that she is reaching out to the consulate “on behalf of my constituent Doug Gillam of Gillam Farms of Arkansas, INC.”

“The senator has asked that I reach out to you regarding this issue as he is personal friends with [redacted],” Caldwell added.

Boozman’s office declined to comment or give the identity of the personal friend referenced in the email.

Gillam does, however, own the farm with his brother Jeremy Gillam, who is the Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives.

Picking up Democrat seats is possible and desirable.

It is ESSENTIAL that we get rid of the Amnesty Senators.

Corker, Hatch, Heller and Flake in 2018

Graham and Alexander in 2020

Murkowsky, Hoeven and Rubio in 2022

Graham has told us they will continue siding with illegal aliens against the citizens and the rule of law until they are removed from office.

We need to focus on these guys first.

It has been said that most politicians claim they seek elective office to do good.

Then when they get into office they do a lot of good - for themselves and their friends.

How many modern era retired or deceased senators can you name who did not become millionaires while in office?

Maybe a few, like Ted Kennedy, who were already millionaires when first elected.

Harry S. Truman - Possibly The Last Honest Democrat To Hold Office

You people are poorly informed.

The H2 visa was created in 1952, and was split into 2 in 1986(Reagan signed the legislation), to create the H2A ag worker visa and H2B non ag worker visa.

It has been pointed out that Trump's son owns the winery that makes Trump Wine and he hires H2A workers every year, just like the guy in the article.

It has also been pointed out that Trump's hotels and restaurants hire H2B workers every year.

And on top of that, about a month ago, on July 17, Trump raised the quota on the H2B visa by 15,000. From 66,000 to 81,000.

Stick that up your pipe and smoke it.

You addressed your #23 to me, but I fail to understand exactly how this pertains to anything I’ve said on this thread. (#11)

Perhaps you should change what you’ve put up your own pipe.

It does apply to you because the implication in your reply was that the republican are wrong and no different from democrats.

If you weren't so dumb and retarded you would know that dems are opposed to temporary visas and prefer permanent visas(green cards), so the immigrant can vote, after they join the union.

So, if you want to end the temp visas, vote for the democrats

It applies to you too.

If you think you can get rid of those republicans you listed in reply 16 and change it, you are wrong. Republicans have and will always support temp visas. And that includes the republicans like Donald Trump.

Stick that up your pipe and smoke it.

Why not keep it civil, FRiend?

You can make an informative post without the snide remarks, can't you?
