Black Lives Matter activist Chanelle Helm released a list of “requests” to white people in the wake of the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, this month. Helm, the so-called “cofounder and core organizer of Black Lives Matter Louisville,” explained in an article published at Leoweekly.com the things she says need to “change.”
“White people, if you don’t have any descendants, will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably one that lives in generational poverty,” Helm writes in an article titled “White people, here are 10 requests from a Black Lives Matter leader.”
White people are asked, “Give up the home you own to a black or brown family,” pass on any inherited property “to a black or brown family,” or “re-budget your monthly so you can donate to black funds for land purchasing.”
White women, especially, are urged to “get a racist fired” or “get your boss fired cause they racist too,” Helms writes.

True. In a way, whites have already handed over houses to blacks. Every time whites move out of a neighborhood because it’s turning black, those whites are handing blacks the homes, schools, streets, businesses, etc. that they or their ancestors built. Before long the area usually turns into a ghetto. So not only do blacks not build anything, they can’t even maintain things that other people built and handed to them on a silver platter.
We’ve GOT to reduce our lawyer population. They’re the ones that got us in this mess, the enablers. Lawyers, lawyers turned judges and lawyers turned politicians. Our real enemies within.
The blacks I see in homes around my city DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY. It goes to garbage.
Giving people stuff they don’t respect and refuse to maintain is a disaster. It’s not helpful to anyone.

What they don’t get is that we WORKED and saved to get our own homes. Not only that, we WORK AND PAY to keep them up.
Suppose We gave them our homes... Who could pay the mortgage? They obviously don’t understand the concept.
Who would earn the $$$ to keep up with the maintenance of a HOUSE? Who would do the actual WORK keeping up the house???
Morons. Home ownership takes EFFORT. A whole LOT of it. You don’t just lobe in a house. It’s constant work and money to maintain.

Yea, and because of sky-high property taxes in many places, no one really “owns” property. The American people have been fooled more than once!

Because the person in poverty won’t have a clue as to what to do with it and won’t have it for very long. Giving to a church/charitable org is a better idea.
