I suppose a good cook could create a nice, composed salad under aspic. Maybe the Scandinavians do it well, I don't know.

I suppose they could-I’ve only seen aspic salads a couple of times since that trip-I was 5-6 then-they don’t seem to be very popular, and I still probably wouldn’t want to try one...
