Great Speech. I think that was a planned “leak” or something that was mentioned. Never confirmed. Trump doesn’t signal his moves, but to be sure Pakistan is NOW on notice - get rid of your terrorists or funding to you stops. India will help like China did to stop NK - or there will be economic consequences.
