Your comments paralleled what I thought to be the case. Actually, getting a life sentence w/o parole would be a lot harder than being put to death in my view. The only thing I was considering was that fact that it has been reported that some of his comrades in arms died looking for him. But I guess in the strictest sense, that isn’t murder, although they are dead, and he was the proximate cause of their demise.
