Yesterday, just for grins, I asked three people at the same time if they’d heard of antifa. All were older adults and reasonably aware of current events. None of them could tell me what antifa was.
I cite this experience to illustrate that the vast majority of citizens have no idea what’s been happening regarding antifa over the past year. And that is because the mainstream liberal media hasn’t reported on antifa.
Yes, they are a domestic terrorist organization, but very few have actually been informed of their very existence, much less their goal of bringing our system of governance to its knees.
A recent poll illustrated the same thing. Of those who knew, about 3/4 were against antifa and 1/4 favored the group (that would be the far left, of course). But only about 30% of respondents had an opinion. Most didn’t know who or what antifa even is.
Given that most of the liberal media thinks of antifa as an ally against Trump, the situation isn’t likely to change unless the President takes matters into his own hands (as he tried to do over Charlottesville) and schedules a major address to inform the public of this obvious domestic terrorist threat in our midst, one that is becoming stronger as time passes.
Many of the young women of Antifa wear tattoos on their arms, legs or on the backs of their necks. Some of them have their hair cut very short on the sides and/or back. Some of them have their black hair or parts of their black hair dyed to unnatural shades of red or pink (not true redheads). They tend to be rather pushy and large in girth. Many of them are drawing Social Security disability pay for mental problems, obesity, etc. Most of them are on drugs. Many of the young men of Antifa are effeminate in some way or other.
Many of the older women of Antifa, public school teachers, college instructors, government office employees or corporate office employees.
Many of the older women of Antifa are public school teachers, college instructors, government office employees or corporate office employees. Little correction of a typo there.
