Thank you President Trump, for saving more of our tax dollars! My advice of climate analysis for long-term planning - invest on a couple umbrellas and suntan lotion... and use common sense. Save our taxes from being spent by fools.
Now if we could just get the CIA and the military to stop with their similar long range assessments and planning.
