Nope. In last week’s election, you had to chose Republican or Democrat. That went on your registration. You cannot vote in the runoff UNLESS you voted Republican on Tuesday’s past primary.

That’s correct as to Dims, hence my “as well as making sure any Dims who voted in the Republican primary.”

Whether registered Republicans who did not vote in the Republican primary can vote in the Republican runoff—I’m not sure.

One can vote in the runoff though if he did not vote on the August 15 primary.
