I strongly suspect Trump will be pleased as punch to see Moore win.
Since being appointed to fill Session’s seat, Luther Strange has voted for the Trump agenda pretty much 100%. It would be a slap in the face for Trump not to endorse a sitting senator for that loyalty. Trump is showing the rest of the senators that if they are loyal to him, he’ll return the favor.

Pretty much. Trump had to back Strange cause Strange was loyal to Trump in the US Senate. But Moore is the best candidate and he is going to win.
