Wow. They are wicked! They set Trump up. There fake outrage was all planned to make Trump look badly. It will backfire, however!

Good enough for me for Trump to oversee cutting back on Federal funding for the Arts and Humanities.

Oh, they are so ‘cool’ — and I know this means so much to artists - to have written ‘Resist’ in their letter. I bet that really hurt his feelings.

"President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities"What an abusive waste of taxpayer money.

The cockroaches are coming out of their hiding places and we now know them by name. This is a good thing.

“Committee on the Arts and the Humanities resigned en masse.” Cool. I bet the committee members are confident that they are responsible for the decision to resign even though the decision was indirectly given to them by their superiors.
Trump admins: You should probably leave.
Committee. You know what? We are going to leave.
Trump admins: Wow. Really?

Ooooooh. Aren’t they clever. The first sentence did seem artificially hyperbolic and hysterical.

There is zero need for a committee like that. Wonder if they were paid? If so, another win, though small, in reducing government spending.

There should be no such government committee, in the first place.
“Culture” (the “arts & humanities”) should be what the people, through their individual choices produce, as individuals and in combination with others, neither needing or wanting the stamp of the government on it.
