Liberals have free speech because they own all the broadcasting channels and equipment, and conservatives do not have free speech because they can't reach the hundred of millions of people every day that need to be reached to hear their positions.
Liberal control of the broadcasting networks has turned the founder's concept and reasons for "freedom of speech" on it's side.

Freedom of speech is not going to survive when a monopoly has the effective ability and will to shut down any speech it disagrees with. These monopolies must end or they will likely be successful in ending free speech and democracy in this country.
