QUESTION: Several streets will be blocked off around the convention center. What would you do if you were me and hubs: drive our own vehicle and park (and we would have to walk for several blocks), or hire Uber to drive us as close as possible to the Phoenix Civic Center, less walking?

Might want to check into the light rail train that stops right near the Convention Center. Cheaper than an Uber, and you can drive your own car to any stop you want to park at.
