The guy in the charger rammed the crowd, whatever the reason for that was will come out in trial. I’m not the guys defense attorney so I have no explanation.
However, the mob took it upon itself to find the driver guilty and begin to smash the vehicle from all sides while it was stuck after impact. The girl can clearly be seen in a baseball helmet running up to the back of the vehicle and smashing her club into the rear window.
The driver backs up to escape the mob, it was his only possible direction to escape. The girl is caught on the trunk and is snapped in half very horrible when the charger swipes a truck to its rear right side. It is all very clear.
I guess that left a mark...
