I agree. It’s a sad state of affairs but the people making trouble are without the historical perspective. In the removal of what they hate so much will not affect the prospects for their lives in a positive manner. In fact they may ultimately mark themselves for the kind treatment they so detest in that which they seek to destroy. All the while they are becoming the emdoiment of that which they protest. There seems to be a great deal of ignorance present in their number.
People need to forget the idea that Leftists give a crap about any of this. They are using it strictly to attack Trump supporters. It is a huge fraud only believed in by the weak-minded suckers, the Useful Idiots.
It started with the removal of Christian symbols from the public square, this is just the latest iteration.
Hatred of American tradition is at the core.
