What these elements don’t realize, or think that they might remain unharmed if this came to pass, is that all of these people are at the top of the list. The MSM and their enablers will literally be target number one.
Just as the children and wives of the wealthy aristocrats in France didn't realize when they supported the revolution that they would be consumed by the forces they had unleashed, so too do these modern social "elites" not realize they will be consumed by the forces they unleash.

The sosialist-democrats have well over a century of knowledge to draw upon. And every time I see a newscast, pick up a newspaper, listen to some leftist POS at work, or read an article here on FR, I can see where this is headed.
These socialist-democrats really think that they can pull this off and come out on top.
