The governor has no power over individual state legislators. The Missouri Senate leadership does, but frankly can do nothing productive about her. If she were expelled, she’d be overwhelmingly be re elected. It’s ‘that’ kind of district. Now, if she were arrested and actually charged, that would be nice, although a jury of her peers would likely not convict her.
