Michael Bennett is calling on all NFL players — black and white — to participate in the national anthem protests.
In the Seahawks' first preseason game on Sunday, the defensive end sat for the anthem, continuing the movement started by quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
However, Bennett said just a few players protesting the anthem isn't enough.

The NFL is killing itself. The concussion problem will not be the end of football......the self-centeredness and egos of the players will drive the last nail in the coffin. We will see who else feels the PC need to support the egotists on each team. I for one won’t be watching much this year, if this plays out like I think it might.
Then what are those black players qualified for ?
And if they don’t comply they will be labeled racist. If the owners put their collective foot down and warn the players, they too will be labeled. This will kill the league.
This is what appeasing the race baiters has brought this country too.
When they have chased off the last fan, they will have to get real jobs.
I was done with them last year.
The league could have stopped this if they wanted.
They chose not to and I chose not to watch them anymore.

I further swear off any beer what so ever.
This I will do for the entire season, post season, playoffs, super bowl or any other event including interviews.

They can do as they please. I do not watch it or follow it.The more they insult their fans, the more their fans buy the tickets. If that is what they want to do. Have at it!

I am ready to end it now. I will not be viewing any games this year unless New England is back in the Super Bowl. Other than that, I am ready for the league to die. And it will be because of blacks ruining it. Blacks make up 13% of the population and destroy almost everything they touch. It’s just the freakin’ truth.
Since Mister Goodell chooses to avoid taking most deserved action against you, you and he will weaken, if not largely ruin the once great NFL.

I have been debating cutting the NFL out of my life for the last two years. Its the off-season and the Kaepernick BS seemed to be dying out.
If it continues, I’m done - and I will tell everyone I know exactly why.
I have already decided what an extra 19 Sundays of free time would mean in my life.
I tend to agree that the end is coming for the NFL...maybe five to ten years.
It’ll be a combination of concussion facts, states outlawing football, anger over the anthem business, and simply bad economics.
If you had just one season for a team where ticket sales went south by twenty-percent...the team would have to react and cut on salaries.
