Leave it to a Marxist Mayor and his minions to determine the standard for hate. Who could hate more than those who covet the property and possessions of fellow citizens, and direct the confiscation and redistribution of such?

Hate is an action, not words. Forcing tax payers to pay for unsustainable “love speech” of others who are incompetent is definitely a form
of hate to me. I do not apreciate that my speech is taxed so
idiots can use the money to start campaigns of hate against me... just like a brat who thinks he is smarter than the parents who pay for his mouth to open.
