If I remember correctly Rizzo was PC when a Black Mayor ordered tear gas be shot into a building occupied by some Black group whose last name was X or something like that.
Anyway, they had gasoline or gun powder or ammo that was in the house, it caught fire and caused IMMEDIATE urban renewal for about 10 square blocks.

Rizzo was very happy the Black Mayor took charge of the scene.

The commissioner was Sambor, not Rizzo. The mayor was Goode, and the year was 1985. The movement’s name was MOVE.

That was MOVE, and it was Democrat loser Wilson Goode who gave the command to drop an explosive satchel on the roof by helicopter. It was 1985. Remember that day very well.

The house in which my father was born in 1924 went up in that blaze. It was a good neighborhood then, before it was "culturally enriched."
