A woman “slapped” the back of a police car moments before Australian-born bride-to-be Justine Damond was shot to death by a Minnesota cop, according to a new search warrant.
The warrant, filed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which is investigating the fatal shooting, doesn’t explicitly say that woman was Damond, Minnesota Public Radio reported.
It says, “Upon police arrival, a female ‘slaps’ the back of the patrol squad … After that, it is unknown to BCA agents what exactly happened, but the female became deceased in the alley.”

Has this a$$hat agreed to be interviewed by the police yet? I can't believe they allowed him to be suspended with pay when he's refused to be interviewed. The pay should have stopped the minute he refused.
Hmmm...I see a FR Article dated July 25. I go to the NY Post article and I see it is dated July 25, too. So far, I’m stumped.
But WAIT! What do I see? Below the article is a tiny “Recommended for You” article headlined “Vaginas absolutely need sex or they’ll waste away: study.”

Noone disputing, but the search warrant makes now mention of the woman being shot, or the cop shooting anybody.
What trial? Are they going to try the woman that was murdered?
They won’t convince me.
If this is what the story is, then the guy in Charlottesville may have a defense. Someone posted a pic of what appears to be a VIOLENT COUNTER PROTESTER (yes, Marco Rubio, they do exist!) hitting the back of the Dodge Charger with a golf club.
The driver, not a trained officer may have panicked and sped up to get away from danger.
