yeah, well, I didn’t say he was a competent driver or that he does not bear a heavy responsibility for what he did.... what I haven’t seen is evidence that it was a premeditated attack, as has been so widely assumed and asserted.
I’ve been waiting for a lot more evidence to become public before I spend my time wading through it all. All I’m saying now is that a reckless panic, if that’s what happened, would be a different thing than a premeditated attack.
He started speeding towards a dense crowd of people from a point on the street where there were very few people, none of whom were paying attention to him, with a near empty intersection directly behind him and a totally empty street on the other side of the intersection.
Where was the cause for panic?
