He starts speeding towards a dense crowd of people from a block away at a point on the street where there were very few people, none of whom were paying attention to him, with a near empty intersection directly behind him and a totally empty street on the other side of the intersection.
Where was the cause for panic?
Two very distinct causes: 1) smashed windshield shows that the vehicle was previously attacked and the propensity for violence from the crowd. 2) The attack by the pedestrian from the sidewalk shows a continued level of violence. (separate video) But obviously you do not want to hear anything that conflicts with your pre-determined judgment.
