A Chicago pastor has asked the Emanuel administration to remove the names of two presidents who owned slaves from parks on the South Side, saying the city should not honor slave owners in black communities.
A bronze statue of George Washington on horseback stands at the corner of 51st and King Drive, at the northwest entrance to Washington Park.
Bishop James Dukes, pastor of Liberation Christian Center, said he wants the statue gone, and he wants George Washington’s name removed from the park.

but of course. This is what Trump was getting at yesterday in that press conference. Now we can’t have the name of George Washington out there because he owned slaves.
The liberals derided Trump in that press conference, in part because of what was thought to be an absurd suggestion, that Washington was next.
The very next day, we see Chicago talking of taking the name off of Washington Park.
What the heck is going on behind the scenes to drive all this? Someone is not letting a crisis go to waste .

It will happen. All relics of any history that doesn’t glorify Communism must and will be eradicated. If Mrs Bill had won the election this would be going on in earnest all over the country and the Revolutionary War would be expunged from the records except to note that the People rose and expelled their capitalist rulers in 1776.

Ben Franklin should go off the $100, as he was one of those evil white men founding fathers, which we’re not supposed to call them founding fathers, even though all were men.
The pastor will probably get what he wants. First all the Civil War memprials and statues have to be pulled down, then they will go for the Founding Fathers and anyone else who was not an appropriate minority.
