Waiting staff in the US rely heavily on their tips to make up for their low wages, but one server in Rockford, Illinois, was surprised to find the reason for the lack of a gratuity written on a receipt.
"Can't tip someone who doesn't love Jesus! Bad tatoo [sic]" wrote the customer, instead of a tip, for Samantha Heaton, who bears rainbow-coloured equality bars on her arm, and has been serving at Buffalo Wild Wings for a year.
"It was shocking. I couldn't help but feel hurt," Samantha told the BBC. "I would've openly discussed my tattoo with them, had they asked. I talked to them about their food. They kept me constantly busy, but were not openly rude to me. I've never had someone write anything like this."

If true then I suspect the couple in question don't tip anywhere since they can never know for sure what server loves Jesus and what server doesn't. Nice scam.

Promoting evil is only a step removed from doing that evil, and is an evil itself. If the waitress wore an "I Support Planned Parenthood" (similar to the WNBA promotion in Seattle) I would have an issue whether she had an abortion or not. Regardless of the purported language of the comment on the receipt may have had an explicitly "you have to be Christian to get a tip" message (the wording makes me doubt its authenticity), the principle of NOT tipping because the waiter or waitress is in your face with garbage messages when you just want to enjoy a meal is one worth backing. It wasn't so long ago that visible tattoos would exclude from being hired in most public facing positions for that reason.
Regarding the Jewish question, I would never tie my religion with the practice or performance of such behavior. Culturally, Jewish people are in favor of frequent hand-washing, a big plus in the field. Judaism is not a proselytizing religion, so I don't expect a "We're chosen ... you're not" hat or shirt to be worn by my Jewish waiter or waitress. Context matters. I have eaten in Arab restaurants with Koran verses on the wall(in Arabic, so they may say "Kill the Infidel" for all I know). I have also eaten in black rib joints with explicitly Christian verses on the wall, placemats, and a Protestant bible in the waiting area.
And, when I lived in Chicago, I knew enough to avoid the bars with the upside-down or inverted "Old Style" sign (code for homosexual hangout).
If I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, I don't want the trappings of a homosexual lounge or the quotations from the Koran posted.
I will cede one point, the patron should have asked to sit in a different area for a different waiter or just left and get wings at the Stone Eagle, TGIFs or Ruby Tuesday's down State or Perryville if he saw the offending tattoo upon entry.

Isa 4:1 says in that day( usually refers to the Last Days) 7 women(unnamed churches or denominations) shall take hold of one man ( Jesus of course) will eat their own food(Jesus is the Bread of Life so this refers to their own scriptures), and wear their own apparel ( Your garment must come from Jesus and His righteousness or you are calling evil good and good evil), only let us be called by your name to take away our reproach ( as opposed to being called witches which might turn some people off).
Just because you call yourself Christian doesn't make you one. The god you make up in your head is just an idol if he doesn't match what is written in Scripture. Look up the verses that state Jesus will tell some followers "I never knew you". They are followers, they say they have eaten with Him( Communion). They say He preached in their streets,( His Word was spoken in their hearing), but they never knew anything about what He was saying to them, They just made up the god they wanted to follow. This is no different than carving out a piece of wood and falling in front of it. These people have been told that God is love, ergo God must love the sodomite, forgot to read the verses where God says they will not see the Kingdom of Heaven. He has shown multiple times He expects sinners to change. You can't tell the Potter what He must do with His clay.

His reaction was non-passionate, but he said he would look into it.
I’ve noticed that the homo-activist types tend to be very unstable, so the fact that she didn’t last at the store didn’t surprise me.

Tip is not an acronym. It’s a word like tipping of a hat, or a stock tip or a tip on the races. Or tipping off the cops. Not some stupid made up acronym which like all actual acronyms is made up after the letters have already been selected.

And besides if it were to insure promptness, it would pay you if promptness did not occur. The correct word would be ensure, but nobody calls it a tep do they?

These people are such abject, pathological liars. Even after they’re caught, they try to justify it.

I don’t discuss anyone’s tattoo/pit bull/drug religion, and I steer my money away from businesses that hire it.

If true (and we have plenty of reason to doubt the media these days) the behaviour of the so-called Christians is abhorrent.
If the young lady was a good waitress, the response is to give a good tip. Pharisees would turn their nose up at this woman and walk away. “I thank thee Lord that I am not a sinner like this lesbian...”
The way we win people over to the truth of the Gospel is being LIKE Jesus. Jesus didn’t shun sinners. He loved them while calling them out of sin. These people did the opposite. (Again, I am assuming the report is true.)

IF fake (and it most definitely is) what should be the response of Christians to false witness.
