You first have to destroy the heritage.

And THAT is what they’re doing, there:

On all the Universities they attack and obliterate the monuments to all the white people; paint, chisels and fire.

Before you destroy a people physically you have to soften them up:

You have to obliterate their sense of HERITAGE before they’re willing to all pass away.

But THAT is the ultimate objective.
