What’s the difference between destroying historical monuments and burning books?
It depens on who’s doing the destruction and why. If locals want to have a rhubarb over local statuary, I’m happy to leave them to it. When folks start breaking the law, that’s a different kettle of fish. If there’s a legal avenue, people should use it. Gettysburg is a NP. Nobody’s tearing down anything any time soon.
