He also has recalled the North Korean ambassadors to China, Russia and the U.N.

My first thought on that was to preclude their defection from the safety of their embassies should the dictator’s plans turn sour. Nothing worse, diplomatically, for a dictator in trouble than to have his own ambassadors overseas defect in the midst of a crisis.

The last major North Korean defector was a very high up, very long time foreign service officer who defected while he was in Great Britain.

Or, the dictator may be intending to fire them for failure to get China or Russia to veto the latest sanctions resolution at the U.N. security council (as if it was in their power to get Russia or China to do that).

Somewhat similar to what happened that “led” Japan to bomb Pearl Harbor. Japan boxed themselves into a corner and decided it was best to fight they way out.

Puggsley is finding out how his military has become woefully decrepit. Those generals have been living off the fat of the land.
