I have been reading this for hours. About this guy’s CIA connection. So for this conspiracy theory to be true it is a pretty sophisticated plot. The CIA guy had to coordinate with the Antifa guys to block that street a block or so from where the alt right people would be exiting the parking garage and have co conspirators herding the exiting cars toward the waiting crowd who must have also been in on the conspiracy, just so the CIA guy could be in position to take the videos (which may very well work to exonerate the Dodge driver). Sorry, my tinfoil hat doesn’t work that well. It is about as believable as thinking the alt right guys were paid to get acid thrown in their face.

If you watch the video that The Hill ran (live posting), you can hear the organizers megaphone steering the protestors away from the street they turned up and steering them back down to that intersection.

Not everyone has to be in out, just a few herding the sheep.

You keep bring up this “alt right guys getting paid to have acid thrown in their face” thing.

I didn’t see anyone suggest that each and every “alt right” person out there was getting paid to be there.

Its being reported that one of the main guys who organized the event was an Obama and Occupy movement supporter until November 2016 when he suddenly decided to become a white supremacist. This seems suspicious to a lot of people.

There are also lots of people who were at the event who have expressed their belief that the authorities purposely forced them into a situation where they were ambushed by Antifa. They said they felt like it was a set-up.

Evidence that one of the organizers of the event may not actually be as “alt right” as he claims to be lends credence to the assertions that the Unite the Right rally was a set-up to tarnish the alt right and advance the left politically.

None of that requires people “getting paid to have acid thrown in their faces.”

Yup. It would need to be a very sophisticated plot.

You would need several operatives in a hotspot area with ready cameras in case of an incident.

You would need a "useful idiot" who could be encouraged by his handlers to do something violent . It takes time to cultivate such people and they would not be very reliable, so you would need several of them in the pipeline at any given time.

You would not be able to tell exactly what might happen (if anything), but if something did, the odds would favor that one of your cameramen gets a recording.

The key factor after that would be to get any available recording to useful media very quickly.

None of these things is beyond the capabilities of our Government or even of a well-funded private organization. Perhaps there are even volunteers who might participate - with suitable direction from the handlers.

But of course it is all just a crazy conspiracy theory that can be dismissed of hand.

I don't think the car crash was planned by anyone but the driver. The protest orginizers may have had something else in mind when this incident landed in their lap like a giftwrapped present.

It is about as believable as thinking the alt right guys were paid to get acid thrown in their face.

Haven't heard about any acid attacks, but assuming there were, who but the attackers would have expected those if they occurred rather than the usual fisticuffs, feces and brawling? Do you think it's that hard to get white nationalists, bikers and the like to end up in a brawl if they are stupid enough to think the public is going to be swayed to save some confederate statues rather than be turned off by speakers with reputations like like David Duke's? If the Westboro Baptist Church is dumb enough to test the restraint of fathers who have lost their sons in war, do you think it would be hard to find nationalists and nazis who also won't quiver in fear of someone carrying a rainbow flag, bottle of Drain-o or not?

Are you denying that Democrat thug Bob Creamer, even though he and his minions were captured on video by Project Veritas, arranged for actors to go into Trump rallies and try provoke a violent response? Were they not in effect 'paid' to take the risk of being tackled after squirting people in the face with pepper spray? Would they not expect to get punched in response or roughed up? Did it matter to Creamer if they were stupid enough to take the risk and did get hurt? Why would he care? Stupid people are a dime a dozen.
