BERKELEY (CBS SF) A worker at a Berkeley hot dog chain has lost his job after being outed on social media as being one of the Charlottesville white supremacist protesters.
A poster at Berkeleys Top Dog said that Cole White who was identified on Twitter no longer works at the restaurant. White had been a cook at the fast-food restaurant.
OK
Bottom line—if Soros and the dems create murder and mayhem with the ultimate goal of destroying America, we should keep our focus and our vigilance on their agenda.
Yet these are the same people that are demanding the NFL hire Colin Kapwhateverhisnameis.
Yes exctly the left always does two things-- Intimidate people and try to destroy dissent.
In a country where freedom of speech and association are constitutionally protected, this is the way to kill all dissent, and the left fully knows it.
McCarthy never black listed anyone
He was exposing commies in the government mainly the State Dept
He was 100% correct
That is correct. It is against the law in California to fire an employee because he attended a political event.
We need 2 new national organizations:
1. White Lives Matter Too (WLM2); and
2. Anti-Antifa (Anti-Anti).
That happened to my spokesman S. Herrera. He was tracked to an insurance co. page on FB and the leftists reported him to the big guys. He was called into a meeting. He managed to keep his job though. We were protesting Qatar financing at our local ISD for Arabic Language/Culture training (PK-2) kids.
$470 roundtrip airfare, SF to Richmond
Berkeley minimum wage $12.53/hr
do-able
I suspect as the weeks go by...you will come to find out that various people were paid....on both sides....to appear and cause dramatics. In the end, you might call the whole day at Charlottesville ‘fake’.
To those of us schooled in Blacksburg, VA for 4 years or more and other clear thinkers from everywhere, UV(a) is far from a “jewel” and not quite what the elitists who study there allege it to be.
But they do from year to year field a football team that could beat at least some of the smaller high schools in the Commonwealth.
"...how does one who works at a food cart afford to go to a political event across the country?..."
Mommy and Daddy
Doable?
Maybe if you don’t have to pay rent in Berkeley or eat.
Oh.... either way, what is a hot dog stand worker doing at such a rally?
I’ll admit that I don’t believe all of them are nazis are kkk members. I believe some object to the statue being removed. It seems the reason for the protest, the removal of the statue is being forgotten in all this. There are some that are against the removal that object for valid reasons — such as, was the civil war really all about slavery? I certainly don’t think so. Less than 5% of Southerners owned slaves. I don’t believe the other 95%+ would have sent their sons off to war so that the wealthy could own their slaves.
The north started slavery in the USA and abandoned it because they preferred European immigrants during for the industrial revolution. The north won the war so they got to write the history.
Slavery was certainly a part of the war but it was much less than the revisionists made it out to be. And should every Civil War museum be closed?
A hot dog stand employee went cross country to protest? Either, he is getting $15+/hour or it is fake news...not sure which...
spoken like a true hokie ; )
I wonder if they still go on about Mr. Jefferson on their tours to prospective students, since he was, after all, a slave owner. When will UVA disassociate themselves from Mr. Jefferson’s university?
interesting. my husband took my son on a tour of UVA when he was considering colleges, and my son could not stomach it.
I wonder how he could even afford to live there? Perhaps, like many young people in the Bay Area, he is ultimately living off a trust fund and/or mommy & daddy's money.
Food? Lodging? it would cost him far more than $470...
And the cost of living in san Francisco is pretty high- I can’t see having $1000 in disposable income and using it for a trip to a political protest.
I CAN see him responding to an ad for protesters offering cash to go there. Someone posted a craigslist ad online that was quickly flagged for remove.
The hot dog stand must pay their cooks a hell of a salary.
