The vehicle was being attacked prior to the incident by what appeared to be rocks, bottles and the individual on the drivers side of the vehicle who attempts to strike the driver window area or the driver side area of the vehicle. This was reviewed at length yesterday as I'm sure you're aware.

The vehicle was clearly being attacked by thrown objects by a hostile crowd before the vehicle ever drove into the crowd.

It's undeniable. It's right there for all to see.
