The anti-first amendment fascists and anti-white bigots had no official permission to stage a counter-demonstration. They were there illegally and came prepared for a fight.
It is clear who SHOULD have been the protected group. It is equally clear from witnesses which group started the trouble.
If this is McAuliffe's definition of a successful police action, I'd hate to be anywhere in his state when the police fail.
