Sarah Palin would have been an excellent choice for Secretary of the Interior. She knows her stuff there, and as a bonus it would have driven liberals crazy to see her at cabinet meetings.
Who knows? Maybe Palin was offered a job, but turned it down.
Possibly so that they can have more impact OUTSIDE the Administration.

Allen West made anti-Trump comments during the election (as did others who were subsequently hired). I believe he was interviewed by DJT at Trump Tower. Either he turned down an offer, or DJT wasn’t sufficiently impressed with his skills set.
Sarah: I feel so badly for Sarah. She would have made the BEST first female President. Damn the commies that have infested our country and smeared her so successfully. She needs to be in a top position but would probably not pass Congress approval. Any lower position is beneath her.
Arpaio is very old but wonderful. I hope DJT is looking into the possibility of presidential pardon or whatever else he can do for this dear man who has shown us what backbone and courage are all about. God Bless him and his wife.
Sheriff Clarke turned down an offer, and I believe Newt did as well.
