The owners should decide that ALL players will remain in the locker room while the National Anthem is being played. They can use the time to pray to Allah, sit on their butts, or do whatever they want....they’ll just not have a public forum.
Too bad for the decent ones who would like to stand for the anthem but their players ruined it for all of them.

Kaepernick didn’t care about his “blackness” until he lost his starting QB job with the Niners. Then he found his inner “black man” and made himself a victim. You can’t have rational discussions about race with blacks in this country. They will always play the role of a victim of racism. They’ve allowed the Democrat Party to make them comfortable as victims for all eternity.
Just a minor technicality, but Colin Kaepernick was under contract with an NFL team and voluntarily elected to void that agreement. When people make bad choices they normally have to live with the consequences.
