I think everyone underestimated just how vast and entrenched the swamp is that runs almost every dept. in dc.
Yes, EVERY dept was corrupted and every dept wants to continue in their vast chamber of $$$$. At Trump’s level, there is no one he can truly trust.. all are after what they can get from him... and the rest are so corrupt there is no redemption of Washington until they are all purged.. which will never happen in it’s entirety..
