What it seems like to me some leftists surrounded someone in a car and threatened him and that person got spooked and ran over them . So did the leftist protesters instigate this? Seems like it. And who was the driver? It could have been Dan Rather for all we know . The media lies and says it’s terrorist attack by white supremacists Trump supporters which is a lie.

Looks like the Democrats let a few cars past and then cut off the guy who ran them over. They were in the road. He didn’t drive into the sidewalk.
