Many Indian’s HATE Jefferson. In Oklahoma, there are places that will not accept a $20 bill.
My point is this has gone on a long time. My late grandfather never understood the celebration of Confederate soldiers. We had family on the Northern side of the war.
OK...I’ll bite.....Even though the question was not really asked.....it was phrased as a rhetorical statement.
These statues are not national monuments but local statues....
If they attempt to remove them in my area I will contact my local representatives, organize and peacefully protest if required.
Just as it was handled in South Carolina regarding the Confederate flag on the Statehouse.....
