Yes, it’s just that there were so many fewer of them that they committed less crime, though more per black person.

The “good” news is that most of it is turned inward on themselves. As long as that culture stays within its own boundaries, only to leak out on occasion, it is manageable.

And to be clear, I’m talking about the culture, not the race. It’s just that that culture is dominated by blacks for some unexplained reason. Well, nobody is really trying to explain it because they want to keep their jobs at Google. :)

The biggest victims of black crime are other black people, because criminals do not travel far to commit crime, and thus most of their victims are in their own neighborhoods.
