Few people know Obongo put women on the subs and it is a mess. It was my hope Trumps Navy Sec would fix it. I guess I can forget that. This guy is right on the edge of Insubordination he said he would carry out the policy of the CIC but I have never seen a Secretary criticize a CIC in such a public way.
